These terms govern your use of the website, app, matching features, venue suggestions, sponsored placements, plan tools, support channels, Community Guidelines, and related services. By accessing or using DublTrubl, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use DublTrubl.

DublTrubl is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old. By using DublTrubl, creating an account, or submitting information, you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the information you provide is accurate.

We may limit availability by city, device, app availability, market status, account eligibility, safety considerations, or other operational reasons.

If you submit information for a business, venue, sponsor, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the information, photos, preferences, questionnaire answers, and other content you provide. You agree not to impersonate others, create misleading profiles, upload content you do not have rights to use, or share another person's private information without permission.

Because DublTrubl is built around couple profiles, you are responsible for making sure your partner knows about and consents to the couple profile, photos, preferences, and information you provide about the relationship.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to use DublTrubl honestly, respectfully, and lawfully. You may not use DublTrubl to harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate, pressure, stalk, exploit, scam, spam, impersonate, defraud, or harm anyone.

You may not upload illegal, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise harmful content. You may not interfere with the service, scrape it, reverse engineer it, bypass security measures, overload systems, or attempt to access accounts, data, or features without permission.

DublTrubl may suggest couples, venues, activities, timing, reservations, map links, descriptions, plan ideas, and compatibility-related context. These suggestions are not guarantees of compatibility, safety, availability, pricing, reservation status, venue quality, or any particular outcome.

You are responsible for deciding whether, where, when, and how to meet other people. Meet in public places, use your own judgment, arrange your own transportation, confirm venue details directly, and do not share sensitive personal information with people you do not trust.

DublTrubl cannot control what users, venues, transportation providers, reservation platforms, emergency services, or other third parties do offline.

You keep ownership of content you submit, such as photos, profile text, preferences, questionnaire answers, feedback, reports, and support messages. You give DublTrubl permission to use, host, store, display, process, reproduce, modify for formatting, and distribute that content as needed to operate, provide, improve, protect, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your content and allow DublTrubl to use it as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

We may review reports, blocks, profile content, plan activity, account activity, support messages, and related information to help protect users and DublTrubl. We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, delete accounts, or take other action if we believe these terms are violated or if a user creates risk for others, the service, or the public.

We are not obligated to monitor all activity, and our decision not to act in one situation does not waive our right to act later.

DublTrubl may show sponsored venue placements, perks, promotions, or other paid or promotional placements. Sponsored placements are advertising or promotional content, not a guarantee that a venue is available, safe, suitable, affordable, or endorsed for every couple.

Businesses may apply to be considered for sponsored placement or couple perks. Submitting a sponsor request does not guarantee acceptance, placement, exclusivity, performance, impressions, clicks, reservations, visits, or revenue. Any paid campaign, perk, or sponsorship may require separate written terms.

Businesses are responsible for honoring any offer, perk, discount, menu item, event, reservation, or promotion they provide and for complying with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, alcohol, food-service, and local business laws.

DublTrubl may include or link to third-party services such as Apple, Google, maps, venue data, reservation platforms, analytics providers, email providers, social media, or other external resources. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, prices, policies, or availability.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

If you download DublTrubl through Apple or another app store, that store's terms may also apply. App store providers are not responsible for operating DublTrubl, providing support, or handling claims about DublTrubl except where their own terms require otherwise.

DublTrubl, its name, logo, design, app experience, website, copy, code, features, and related materials belong to DublTrubl or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, scrape, commercially exploit, or misuse DublTrubl without our permission except where the law allows otherwise.

DublTrubl is evolving. We may change, add, suspend, limit, or remove features at any time. We may also pause or discontinue some or all of the service. We do not guarantee that DublTrubl will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

We may send you service messages, account notices, safety notices, support responses, and other communications related to DublTrubl. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails when an unsubscribe option is provided or by contacting us.

DublTrubl does not provide dating, relationship, safety, legal, financial, medical, psychological, or other professional advice. Any matching context, summaries, venue suggestions, plan suggestions, or product-generated output is for convenience and entertainment, not instructions you must follow.

DublTrubl is not an emergency service and does not monitor offline meetups in real time. In an emergency or immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DublTrubl is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that DublTrubl will create matches, lead to successful plans, prevent unsafe conduct, verify every user, or ensure the accuracy of venue, map, reservation, or third-party information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DublTrubl and its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; loss of goodwill; personal interactions; user conduct; venue issues; transportation issues; offline meetings; third-party services; or events outside our control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DublTrubl from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of DublTrubl, your content, your offline interactions, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

You may stop using DublTrubl at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to DublTrubl at any time if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, or if we need to protect the service, users, or the public.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Before bringing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at hello@dubltrubl.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these terms as DublTrubl changes. If we make material updates, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of DublTrubl after the updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
