Use DublTrubl as a Couple
DublTrubl is built around couple profiles. Both people in the couple should know about and consent to the profile, photos, preferences, matches, messages, and plans connected to that profile.
Be Respectful
Treat other people like adults. Be honest about who you are, communicate clearly, and respect boundaries before, during, and after a meetup.
Keep Profiles Real
Use accurate couple information and current photos that you have the right to share. Do not post misleading profiles, stolen photos, private information about someone else, or content designed to trick other users.
No Harassment or Abuse
Harassment, threats, hate, intimidation, stalking, bullying, coercion, and abusive behavior are not allowed. Do not target people based on protected traits, relationship status, identity, appearance, or personal boundaries.
No Explicit or Unsafe Conduct
Do not use DublTrubl for explicit, unsafe, exploitative, non-consensual, or illegal behavior. Do not post sexual content, solicit sexual services, pressure anyone into a meetup, or use the app to coordinate private or unsafe first meetings.
No Spam, Scams, or Solicitation
Do not use DublTrubl to sell products, ask for money, promote outside services, collect contact information, send deceptive requests, or run scams. Businesses should use the sponsor request flow instead of contacting couples through personal profiles.
No Impersonation
Do not pretend to be someone else, misrepresent your couple, use fake identities, or create profiles intended to deceive other users.
Meet in Public Places
DublTrubl is built around public places. Choose a public venue, arrange your own transportation, tell someone where you are going, watch your drinks and belongings, and leave if anything feels wrong.
Respect Plans
Accept, edit, or decline plans honestly. Do not mislead another couple about who is attending, where you are meeting, whether a venue is involved, or whether a promotion or perk is being offered.
Report and Block
Use report or block tools when something feels unsafe or violates these Guidelines. You can also contact hello@dubltrubl.app.
Reports are for non-emergency review. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these Guidelines, our Terms, or the safety of the community. We may also review related profile, match, plan, message, report, block, and technical information when deciding what action to take.
